The Laugh Shop is Calgary’s premier showroom with live standup comedy on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings. Acts change on a weekly basis and shows are approximately two hours in length. The comedy shows are featured at 8:00 p.m. each night (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), with an option of Dinner Buffet on Friday & Saturday. Chicken Piccata

Fresh chicken breasts are fantastic served with a tangy, creamy sauce. Traditionally, the sauce for chicken piccata consists simply of white wine and capers, but I find crème fraîche adds a lovely, velvety richness to the sauce. Serves 4 Tools
